Elsie’s Newborn Session

This Beautiful little baby is named Elsie.

We had a great session and captured some beautiful images for Mum and Dad. I absolutely love the colour purple for little girls so we added some of that in to the session! Elise will be coming back to me for her six month mini session and I can not wait to see how much she has grown!

I am so lucky to be able to cuddle these beautiful little ones in between photos, and when they are this cute you can see why I am always walking around wanting more babies! I also may be slightly jealous of Elsie’s lips!

Fun Family Session

This family were super stars braving the cold!

It was 3 degrees when I left home to head to this location, but that didn’t stop us from having a fun morning and getting some really cute photos!

100 years ~ANZAC

Every now and again I get some really cool ideas that keep me up at night, I decided I wanted to take a photo to celebrate 100 years of ANZAC. I wanted to try and get a special photo with a defence baby and incorporate the 100 years theme some how and also poppies. I had to keep it gender neutral. So many nights later, laying their thinking about what I wanted I decided! Then there was the mad rush around to find 100 poppies! Turns out you can get them off eBay- phew!

I had a few defence families who had recently had their maternity sessions so I just played the waiting game on who would have their bubs around ANZAC Day 🙂 As luck had it Zachary decided to make ANZAC day the day of his birth! Luckily nice and early before dad went off to dawn service and the city march!

I’m very happy with how it turned out, even if the flowers didn’t arrive in time! (That’s what photoshop is for 🙂 )

A HUGE Congratulations to..

Today is Mother’s Day , so first of all I want to say Happy Mother’s Day to all you mums out there!

Thank you so much to everyone who entered the give away, who shared my post and helped get my name out to as many people as we could! I put my heart and soul in to this little business and I’m lucky it helps provide for my family and feeds my passion. I love that my clients trust me to capture important moments in their life!
